Ronda is ideally situated for a road cycling holiday with stunning mountain ranges, lakes, vineyards and quiet open roads for exploring in every direction. Add the regular 20*C+ temperatures and you can see why this region has everything you need for a memorable week on two wheels.

You will have a choice of routes, long or short, guided or self- guided and there is a rest day if you wish to take it. Here is what a typical week can look like.

Day 1 –  Fly to Malaga and explore Ronda 

Day 2  – The White villages  

Day 3 – The Vineyard Tour

Day 4 –  Guadiaro Valley and the Serrania de Ronda Ridge

Day 5 –  Sierra de las Nieves

Day 6 –  The iconic Puerto de las Palomas (the Pass of the Doves).                

Day 7 – The Genal Valley 

Day 8 – Transfer to airport to fly home

Ronda in March is bright and warm, with average daily temperatures between 16 and 22 degrees. Perfect for riding and a welcome escape from your work and the UK climate !

You will be staying in Ronda's old town district which dates back to the 6th century BC. It is just a short walk to all amenities and cultural offerings, including three ancient bridges and Spain's oldest bullring.

Cycle through the varied and diverse landscapes around Ronda with many beautiful white villages (pueblos blancos), vineyards, mountain passes and evidence of Roman occupation.

Rides can range from 40km right up to 160km (2 to 8 hours) on smooth roads with little traffic and stops at cafes and bars where the locals go.

The high quality, recently restored, accommodation will be a luxurious welcome at the end of your days cycle.
